Summary

The method of calculating of diffusion characteristics and concentrations of an admixture on the basis of the similarity theory of turbulence in variables Lagrangian in the surface layer of the atmosphere is presented. There are formulas of calculation of co-ordinates and the transfer speed of clouds, absolute and relative dispersions of particles co-ordinates as functions of the diffusion time. Concentrations from the point and linear sources of an admixture for instantaneous and finite time of action are adduced taking into account the statistical model of the smoke plume. The scheme of calculation of input parameters on the basis of accessible meteorological measurements in the surface layer of the atmosphere, an estimation of an error of calculations and technique restriction are resulted. It is noticed, that the greatest accuracy of calculation is reached for conditions close to neutral and poorly unstable stratification.
Keywords: absolute and relative dispersion, time of diffusion, point and linear sources of admixture, thermal stratification of the surface layer of the atmosphere.
