Summary

Analysis of existing models for a cluster with high uranium content in room 305/2 is conducted for their applying to an anomalous accident, that was registered in room 304/3 at June 1990, description. Parameters that necessary for adequate description of fuel-containing materials formation processes are discussed. Version for a scenario of zones with high nuclear fuel concentration formation is represented. Geometrical parameters for fuel-containing materials cluster containing zone that may be the reason for 1990 year anomalous accident are defined.

Keywords: fuel-containing materials, nuclear-dangerous zones, formation scenario, cluster model.
