Summary

A general sequence of work for removal of fuel containing materials and accompanying radioactive wastes from the upper levels of the object "Ukryttya" and appropriate basic technological solutions based on technical features of remote-controlled units and the main cranes of new safe confinement were developed. Criteria of primary sorting of fuel containing  materials  and  accompanying  radioactive  wastes  at  their removal from the upper  levels of the object "Ukryttya" have been proposed. It has been proposed to use containers with the revolving tanks with different degrees of protection at the removal of fuel containing materials and accompanying radioactive wastes.

Keywords: object "Ukryttya", fuel containing materials, radioactive waste, sorting of fuel containing materials and radioactive wastes, technological solutions based on use of remote-controlled units.
