Summary

According to the results of previous studies, an analysis of the state and classification of FCM clusters (from the point of view of their nuclear safety) was performed. It justifies the expediency of conducting new computational and experimental studies that necessary for the effective control of potentially nuclear-dangerous clusters inside the NSC-SO’s complex, as well as the development and implementation of preventive measures to eliminate the risks of dangerous changes of subcriticality’s level of these FCM clusters. The solution of current problems regarding the ensuring of nuclear and radiation safety of NSC-SO is possible within the framework of implementation of the "Program of monitoring of the FCM inside SO", which provides for the development of new approaches and methods for FCM's management, radioactive contaminated water and radioactive dust at all stages of operation of the NSC-SO's complex.
