Summary

The time-dependent model of radioactivity atmospheric transport is proposed for a horizontal scale of up to 30 km from the source. Also the integral model for calculations of external dose rate due to radioactive cloud is used which takes into account the heterogeneity of nuclide volume activity field. The models are the part of the computer system on real-time analysis of radiological situation in the region of the Rivne NPP. Testing of the integral model of dose rate was made. It was showed that it improves considerably the assessment of dose rate in the nearest zone of release source, in particular at distances comparable with the effective height of the atmospheric release source.
