Summary

The spleen and mesenteric lymphatic nodules of 140 juvenile male-mice of radiosensitive BALB/c line in norm and after exposure to general, ordinary, external ?-radiation (0,05 - 0,2Gr) by means of light microscope and transmission electronic microscope were examined. It was revealed that low doses of ionizing radiation initiate the apoptosis of reticular cells. Although it is established that low doses of ?-radiation induce lymphocytes apoptosis of the white pulp cells and mesenteric lymphatic nodules. This radiation-induced apoptosis of epithelioreticulocytes and lymphocytes is accompanied by the activation of transmural migration of apoptosis lymphocytes in peripheral organs immune system. The radiation-induced apoptosis influences for specificy of immune organ postradiation structural disorders.
