Summary

The investigation with the using of different molecular-genetic markers, cytogenetic traits of genetic-population consequences in different species of voles, experimental cattle herd, reproduced in Chornobyl's alienation zone was carried out. The decreasing the number of animals with cytogenetic anomalies in bone marrow cells in voles, trapped in places with high level radio nuclide contamination (500 - 1000 Ci/km2) was revealed, that testified to selection on radio resistance. The disturbance of equiprobable allele transmission on different molecular-genetic markers from the parents to offspring and shift the genetic structure to ancestor cattle breed, Grey Ukrainian, in generations of cattle, which were born in conditions of increased radio nuclide contamination (200 Ci/km2) were observed. Such shift would be realized on the decreasing of animal's fertility and increase of mortality of newborns. It coincided with the literary data about the increase of stillbirth at the people in European countries after Chornobyl's accident, in spite of the obtained doze of ionizing radiation did not exceed the typical of many radioactive provinces, in which such effects was not observed. The obtained data allow to make conclusion that the increase of ionizing radiation is a particular case of ecological changes causing to microevolution events, connected with selection on the stability to new conditions of reproduction of populations.
