Summary

The comparative analysis of cytogenetic anomaly frequencies in bone marrow cells of mice laboratory lines and three vole's species, and also in cells of peripheral blood of cattle, which were reproduced in conditions of a chronic influence of low doze of ionizing irradiation in alienation zone of Chоrnobyl was carried out. Among investigated animals it was not revealed of carriers of any constitutive cytogenetic anomalies. Under chronic influence of low doze of radiation the increase only those cytogenetic anomalies was observed, which variability introduced the greatest contribution in linear (at lines of mice) and species (at voles) specificity of spontaneous mutation spectra. In "old" linear mice in Chоrnobyl's vivarium the frequency of cytogenetic anomalies in bone marrow cells was lower, than in "old" mice of the same lines in a "pure" zone, that coincided with the increase of rates of cell division (up-dating of cell populations) in Chоrnobyl's animals. The obtained data testify that the chronic low doze ionizing irradiation did not induce the new cytogenetic anomalies, but only strengthened a realization of initially unstable cytogenetic defects.
