Possibility of prognostication of growth of criticism fuel-containing materials on object "Ukryttya" on the basis of analysis and statistical treatment of results of the supervisions got in the process of exploitation of monitoring system "Signal" is considered. A method and algorithm of prognostication is offered, including statistical treatment of results of supervisions, estimation of current status and mathematical model of dynamics possible development situation.
